These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by TradeUTM, including our digital wallet, virtual card services (provided through our partner Wallester Bank), and our referral program. By creating an account or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the services of TradeUTM.
• "Wallet" means the digital feature provided to store, manage, and transact supported currencies.
• "Virtual Card" refers to a non-physical payment card linked to the user's wallet, issued in partnership with Wallester Bank.
• "Referral Program" means the system where existing users can invite others and earn rewards based on successful referrals.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Authority

To use TradeUTM, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement under UK law.

2.2 Account Creation

You are required to register with accurate, complete, and updated personal information. TradeUTM reserves the right to verify your identity and suspend or terminate accounts with false information.

3. Digital Wallet

3.1 Features

Your TradeUTM wallet allows you to:

• Store and manage supported digital currencies
• View transaction history
• Transfer funds to other users or platforms (if permitted)

3.2 Restrictions

You may not use the wallet for:

• Fraudulent transactions
• Money laundering
• Any activity violating local or international laws

3.3 Limits

Transaction limits, withdrawal caps, and usage restrictions may be applied based on your verification level, regulatory compliance, or internal risk assessment.

3.4 Liability

TradeUTM is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to weak passwords, device theft, or user negligence.

4. Virtual Card Services

4.1 Overview

TradeUTM provides users with a virtual card in partnership with Wallester Bank. This card is non-physical and functions only for online and digital transactions.

4.2 Usage

The virtual card may be used for:

• Online purchases where Mastercard/Visa is accepted
• Subscription payments
• Secure digital transactions

The card cannot be used for:

• ATM withdrawals
• Physical POS terminals
• Cash advances

4.3 Issuance & Activation

Upon successful verification, a virtual card will be issued via Wallester Bank’s secure infrastructure. The card is linked to your wallet balance and operates under the terms of both TradeUTM and Wallester Bank.

4.4 Fees

Details regarding issuance, transaction, or monthly fees will be transparently communicated on your dashboard. TradeUTM reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice.

4.5 Security

We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect card data. Any unauthorized transaction must be reported within 24 hours to avoid liability.

5. Referral Program

5.1 Participation

Every user is eligible to refer others using a unique referral code provided upon account creation.

5.2 Rewards

Referral rewards are credited when the referred user successfully registers and performs qualifying actions (such as wallet top-up or card usage). The exact reward structure may vary and is subject to change.

5.3 Abuse Prevention

Any misuse of the referral program, including fake accounts or self-referrals, may result in account suspension and loss of rewards.

6. Compliance & Regulations

TradeUTM complies with applicable UK regulations, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements. We reserve the right to request further documentation, freeze transactions, or suspend accounts under investigation.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. TradeUTM follows UK GDPR requirements and will never sell your personal data.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You breach any part of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TradeUTM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to services
• We are not responsible for third-party failures, including but not limited to Wallester Bank

10. Amendments

TradeUTM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or your user dashboard. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
